- Onward’s Maternity & Paternity policies: Onward offers an enhanced maternity pay based on your length of service. Staff employed by Onward for up to one year will receive 13 weeks full salary, then 26 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay. If employed by Onward for over one year you will receive 26 weeks full salary, then 13 weeks SMP. For paternity pay and leave, Onward offers three weeks paternity leave at full salary.
