Do you have a strong grounding in economics or financial analysis? Do you have a demonstrable interest in health and social care policy and an understanding of how public services are funded and financed? Are you a strong critical thinker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills?
The Nuffield Trust is looking for a creative and independent research analyst to undertake work on agreed research projects relating to the funding and financing of health and social care services. You will ensure timely and high-quality delivery working within a team of project leads. You should have a deep understanding of how UK public services are funded and financed, with a demonstrable interest in health and social care policy.
In this role, you will be taking responsibility for small projects or parts of projects, including the research design, planning, development and delivery of research projects; working in collaboration with others within internal and external project teams.

Hybrid working
We operate a hybrid working policy which supports a mix of office and remote working. We anticipate most employees will spend at least 40-50% of their working time in the office. The number of days per week you are expected in the office will vary dependent on multiple factors.

We want you to imagine you are responsible for planning and carrying out a Nuffield Trust analysis of this stated policy ambition.
