The Role

As our Head of Programme, you will lead high-profile campaigns, research and development work that advocates for adult learning and essential skills.

Focusing on delivering impactful initiatives that align with our strategic plan, you will make the case for lifelong learning entitlements, addressing learning participation inequalities and building evidence on engaging individuals in essential skills.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage Researchers and Project Managers, contributing to their personal and professional development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Present at external events
  • Stay informed on relevant policy and research developments
