About the role
The Project Manager role is a new, fixed-term position reporting to the Change Programme Director. This role supports the ‘Our Future Foundation’ programme, a significant internal initiative aimed at developing a new target operating model in line with our new strategy.
As a Project Manager, you will bring extensive experience in setting up and managing large-scale, organisation-wide change projects in a complex environment and with multiple dependencies. Your expertise in organisational change, transformation, or design will be crucial in delivering effective change outcomes in accordance with best Organisational Development (OD) practices.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels of seniority to ensure the successful delivery of projects and their alignment with the ‘Our Future Foundation’ programme.
